About Mia Vigar

Mia has been at Worldpay for almost five years, leading Retail thought leadership. She has specialized in communications, marketing and telling meaningful customer stories for over fifteen years and is passionate about getting to the heart of what matters most to both brands and audiences. She previously worked in management consulting – delivering communications and brand strategies – and prior to that, running customer experience and sales teams in the public sector.

Mia has an MA in Creative Writing and started her career as a journalist – skills she brings to work every day. Having been short-listed for creative writing prizes, she fundamentally believes that understanding your customer or audience is the first and most important step in business success.
