About Harmony Murphy

Harmony Murphy is a seasoned advertising director with over 17 years of experience in the digital and tech industry, working with top global brands and media outlets. As the Retail Head, Advertising UKI at Google, she leads the strategy and revenue generation / growth for some of the biggest retail clients across the UK and Ireland, delivering customer-centric commerce full funnel advertising solutions. Prior to that she was the managing director of eBay ads UK owning all commercial including brand, marketing, operations and sales P&L / headcount with the aim to help eBay sellers on the platform drive sales velocity and brand awareness.

Harmony is also passionate about the intersection of neuroscience and media, and how it influences consumer behavior and environment. Having studied Harvard modules in neuroscience in her spare time, she frequently shares her insights and opinions on panels, publications, and events.
