About Dominic Hebberd & Lola Ruiz

Dominic has worked in ecommerce sector for 15 years in a variety of different operational roles including in e-fulfilment, 2 man home delivery and Final Mile. He moved into account management 8 years ago and have looked after some of the largest Online Retailers in the UK, while he joined Amazon Shipping during the pandemic in June ’20.

Graduated in Business Management and Administration in Spain, with a specialization in European Community and Law, Lola decided to take the road and move to the UK in 2015, where she would build most of her career on E-commerce. She joined Photobox in 2017 and since then she has taken on different roles from Coordinating Shipping Operations and Leading the UK Shipping Strategy to her current role as Group Product Manager, continuously improving the delivery experience for customers. She has led multiple transformation projects including the UK Shipping Proposition, the Brexit mitigation plan, and Program Tech Implementation.
