After qualifying as a criminal psychologist, Alex took a temporary role in IT whilst he was trying to find the right criminal psych role.

Unexpectedly, Alex very much enjoyed working with technology and spent the next few years trialling various roles within IT, eventually settling well into the analysis and project delivery space.

The sweet spot which helped bring his psychology learning together with his IT experience was building and delivering technology roadmaps, managing broad scale organisational change and people leadership.

Outside of work, Alex plays rugby and is a bit obsessed with cars.
